Human Resources Department

Yunus Emre Institute Human Resources Department processes related to assignment, transfer, registration, promotion, wages, leave of absence, personal rights; makes the planning for workforce of the Institute from a human-driven perspective; and makes proposals to increase efficiency and quality. The department provides services such as improvement of corporate capacity, measurement and evaluation of performance, organization of the required pre-service and in-service education programs and ensuring morale and motivation.
